Quotes & Orders
Orders often start with a Request For Quote. Customers can email or fax their plant list (preferably by Botanical Name), the date they need the information returned to them, the anticipated delivery date, their contact information and any special instructions. Plant Source then provides a quote indicating plant prices and estimated freight charges. When the customer accepts the quote, we place the order(s) and arrange shipping. With certain suppliers, a minimum order may be required.
As they say, “A pictures is worth a thousand words”. In this age of digital photography, it’s easier then ever for us to provide photos. We are happy to send you representative or actual pictures of the plant material.
Many of our customers place annual spring orders. The nurseries we represent grow a consistent, quality product at a competitive price.
ESTABLISHING CREDIT
Customers that do not have an account with use are asked to make payment in advance. To apply for an account, please complete the Credit Application and email, fax or mail it to us.
